

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Our organizational structure is done in two ways, coworking and home office. In both modalities our goal is clear and as direct communication as possible, besides a motivating, pleasant and collaborative environment, as well as autonomy, comfort and team organization.
COWORKING
The coworking will be available to the entire team and the organization will be done by teams, being 3 times a week the face-to-face work in the coworking space hired.
We value communication, interpersonal relationships and sense of teamwork, so we chose the coworking option which is an affordable option and also meets our needs.

Home Office
We also have the option of remote work, so the employee can organize his/her routine in the best way possible, especially considering those who have children and/or higher demands. But always giving priority also to some face-to-face meetings.
This modality will work the same way as in coworking, through platforms such as Monday, Google Meet, Trello, Teams, Discord, and WhatsApp.
