DISMISSAL PROCESS
Dismissal for just cause
This occurs when the employee commits a serious action that justifies the main cause for his dismissal from the company. It is important to collect evidence in dismissals of this type, so that our company does not suffer any labor lawsuit. In cases like this, the employee loses most of his rights.
Dismissal without just cause
This occurs when the company is no longer interested in an employee's services. It can occur for various reasons, but does not need to be justified. However, it must be communicated 30 days in advance, or else pay for the notice. This is the most advantageous case for the employee.
Consensual dismissal
It is a process recently created by the labor reform, where the decision is consented between both parties. The intention is that the values become more balanced, paying more than a resignation request coming from the employee and less than when it comes from a company decision.

recruitment process
The recruitment processes will be based on the same model, varying according to competencies, job hierarchy, and skills. The candidates will go through the following evaluation phases:
initial questionnaire
With questions based on the employee's behavioral profile.
interview
In order to know how the candidate behaves, to get to know his profile, way of working, professional and personal experiences, and values, from an analytical point of view.
dynamics
In order to understand how the employee would apply their competencies and especially their skills in such situations, related to the company's day-to-day activities, as well as to convey the company's culture and differentials.
After this process, the employee will be selected by the responsible leader and will go through a process of getting to know the company's mission, culture, and values, as well as a process of getting to know the team and training according to the attributions and training available for that area.
